Our new monthly planner spread has beautiful floral designs and it comes in 3 sizes – A4 planner, A5 planner, and A6 mini datebook.

You can also print this two page monthly planner on US Letter size when you follow the printer settings HERE. Print the A5 file on US Letter paper then fold to make a half size planner.

I made this two page monthly planner in various sizes to fit every need. You can use the two page full size planner for more space to write your activities.

Use the A5 planner as a planner booklet or cut in half to make planner pages for your A5 ring binder.

And my favorite, print out and cut to make A6 pages. Staple at the center to make a booklet or datebook that can fit any purse! This is perfect for traveling and for making quick appointments.

Plus, choose from 2 pretty floral cover pages! Print the white design on white paper or on any colored paper that you like. Or print the pink cover on white paper for a pretty in pink planner design.

How to make a planner booklet or mini datebook

All my printable pages for this post were formatted for the A4 size paper. For the A5 planner, print on A4 and fold in half crosswise. Then staple at the center to make a booklet.

To make an A6 datebook, print on A4 and then cut in half crosswise. After that, fold the half pages and staple at the center.

I included instructions in these files so you can easily follow them. Also, you can watch this video to see how to staple pages together to make a booklet.

Personally I use a long arm stapler to do the trick. You can use it to bind other items like booklets for work, events programme, or even your kids’ storybooks!
