Hello bullet journal lovers! Here’s a free printable mood tracker for you! Behold our super cute flower pots mood tracker – a printable coloring page to record your moods for 31 days. I’ve been looking around for mood tracker ideas and they are all awesome! So here’s my humble contribution to our bullet journal community.
Use these cute doodles not just for your mood tracker but also as your bullet journal theme for the month! I added some printable daily stickers so you can use them on your weekly spread to keep with the flower pots theme.
How to use your printable mood tracker
Print the PDF file on A4 or US Letter size paper. Always choose FIT TO PAGE on your printer settings to print this properly.
The mood tracker will be printed only on half of the paper, small enough to fit your bullet journal. Cut it out and glue to your bullet journal, or punch holes and insert in your ring binder.
There are 31 flower pots in the image, including a watering can and the watering can that the girl is holding, plus the seedling tray beside the little girl.
Create a key or your mood tracker and color in each flower pot according to your mood for each day. For the example below, I also colored in the leaves and the little girls hair to match my own. 🙂

Print the daily labels on STICKER PAPER to create daily stickers for your journal! Cut out and use to setup your dailies or weekly spread.
You can write the dates inside each flower pot, and color in according to your theme for the month.
