My eating goals this year
I haven’t been very successful with sticking to a diet plan, I just love to eat so much! However, I make sure to drink at least 5 liters of water everyday. I also keep a meal tracker in my bullet journal to remind me to eat more fruits and veggies every day and to eat fish every now and then.
But I still need help with cutting back on bread and pastries. I’ve been listing them down as I eat them and my goal is to eat only one item every day. Also with coffee, I must have only one cup a day.
