Budget

Decorations

Plus a blank page for more notes and ideas!

How to use your party planner

Print on US Letter size paper and add to your planner binder. You can also print on smaller paper size for your bullet journal. Remember to choose FIT TO PAGE in your printer settings.

On the cover page write what you’re celebrating on the TITLE, like Anna’s 18th birthday party or Gigi’s baby shower. On the same page, write the theme (and maybe color motif), date, time and venue.

Next page is the Tasks list. Write down all the things that needs to be done like making a guest list, sending invites, decorating the place, ordering a cake, talking to the caterer, and so on. Get your friends or family involved by assigning a person in charge.

Then write down your budget for the party. What are the things you need to buy and how much should you spend? You can also write the actual cost later to guide you in your next party planning.

Party shopping time!

But before you do any shopping, write down all the things you need to buy. Use the worksheets for FOOD AND GROCERIES, DECORATIONS, and FUN ACTIVITIES. This way, you won’t forget to buy what you need for that fun game idea that you have.

And never forget your PARTY MUSIC! Set the mood using songs your guests will love.

You can also use the blank pages for planning the sequence of events, drafting your thankyou speech, assigning seats for your guests, or writing trivia questions.
